      When it comes to counteracting our chosen negative mental state, Geshe Tashi recommends we address the grossest or most obvious one first, but to meet it with the ‘most insignificant’ antidote.  He acknowledges that this might seem a little counterintuitive, but that it will work.  Does this make sense to you?  Have you had any experience trying to practice this way?  Please share your experiences and thoughts.
