We are able to offer a full refund if you notify us during the cancellation period. The cancellation period ends at midnight UK time seven days before the start date of the course you’ve signed up for. Cancellations made after the cancellation period has ended won’t be refunded, as we may not be able to fill your place that close to the start of the course.

If you pay for a year in advance and then change your mind after the first module, providing you let us know during the cancellation period for the next module, we will refund the remaining 2 modules in full. Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances. In this case please do arrange to speak to us in person and we will do our best to work something out.
