      Lord Buddha is quoted in many instances, for example the Dhammapada verse 160, as saying: “You are your own refuge; what other refuge can there be?”  Do you find his words inspiring, empowering, daunting?  Or maybe a little bit of all three?  Referring to yourself and your own experiences, why is this?
